The Firm has advised and represented many foreign multi-national corporations, key industry players in Malaysia and prominent individuals. The Firm recently made history for handling the first cyberlaw defamation case at the Kuala Lumpur High Court in which our counsel successfully obtained an interim injunction to restrain the defendants from further publishing defamatory statements on Instagram. The Firm also has extensive experience in handling cyberlaw cases relating to online harassment and defamation on social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.

The Firm handles compulsory land acquisition cases both at the land office enquiries and High Court land references. In a landmark case handled by the Firm which was reported in the Malayan Law Journal, our counsel successfully argued at the Court of Appeal in which the appellate court remarkably reversed the judgment of the High Court in a claim for breach of trust by a beneficial owner of shares in a company against the nominee shareholder.
